This delightful pair of cottages sits tucked into the southern edge of Parkhurst Forest in the centre of the Isle of Wight making them an ideal base to explore the island. They enjoy rural views across to Carisbrooke Castle to the south and have direct access to the footpaths and cycle tracks that criss-cross the thousand acres of Parkhurst Forest to the north.
No. 1 and No. 2 Bullsgate Cottage were built by the Forestry Commission for their workers and became privately owned in the 1970's. No.1 has been enjoyed by visitors since 2011; No.2 has been extensively renovated and became available to visitors in August 2015.
They provide comfortable and homely accommodation for families, walkers and cyclists, or those who just 'want a break'!
